To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please return the item directly to the address mentioned in the RMA within 7 days of receipt of the RMA and in the same condition you received it in. We will also refund shipping costs if such costs are applicable, and the return was a result of an error on the bookseller’s part. If the return was not a result of a mistake on the part of the bookseller, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

To issue an RMA, please provide us with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your email address
• The date you received the goods
• The reason for the return
• Pictures of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will process your refund once we have received your RMA and the returned item. If your purchase was made with a credit card, the funds will be deposited back into your credit card account. We will send you confirmation of the refund via email. We will not refund shipping costs unless the return was a result of an error on our part. To return an item, please contact us and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
